Pricing questions
How much does a 10-second clip cost?
10 credits on Draft at 720p, 30 on Standard at 480p, 60 on Standard at 720p. Pro runs 60 at 480p, 120 at 720p and 300 at 1080p. The Studio shows the exact total on the button before you render.
Which tier can animate a photo of me?
A separate engine handles them, picked for you, at 6 credits per second for 360p, 20 for 720p and 30 for 1080p, for 3 to 10 seconds.
What if a clip fails?
Standard and Pro clips that are blocked by content policy, hit a provider outage or time out are refunded to your balance automatically. Draft clips are not refunded once dispatched.
Does building an AI influencer use credits?
No. Building one from your photos is free. Photos of your creator cost 4 credits at Standard, 18 at Pro and 52 at Max; clips of them are priced like any other clip.
Do plan credits roll over?
Plan credits reset on every billing date. Pack credits share the same balance and never expire, so a pack is the safe pick for occasional bursts. Upgrades: you pay the difference immediately and the credits are added immediately.
