Collab announcements, podcast lineups, remote teams, mod crews and friend groups scattered across time zones all want a photo where everyone is together, and nobody ever is. Squad Photo makes one. Upload a solo picture of each person, two to four of them, and the tool composes a single 4:3 group image where everyone stands in the same place, under the same light, at the same scale. Each face is the face from its upload. It is the fast answer for the about page, the season announcement, the Discord banner and the sponsor deck slide that shows the crew.
Choose a Scene: studio, backyard party, beach, rooftop, holiday living room, office team, mountain hike or restaurant. The scene sets the backdrop, the general clothing tone and the lighting so nobody looks dropped in from a different photo. Output is 4:3, the ratio that gives a row of people room without stretching. The tool keeps identity for every person in the set: features, hair, skin and build are copied across, and spacing is arranged so nobody is hidden behind a shoulder. It also evens out differences between phone cameras, so a photo from an old device and a fresh one sit together cleanly.
Best inputs are clear, front-facing solo photos where each head is roughly the same size in frame. Two photos cost 4 credits at Standard, 14 at Pro, 46 at Max, and every extra person adds 2. Run a few scenes at Standard to find the right vibe, then produce the final at Pro. Reframe converts the 4:3 into a 16:9 banner or a 1:1 for a post. Upscale before printing a team poster. Edit With Words can add a team name across the top. For two people, Couple Portraits gives a closer, more intimate frame.

Questions
Does everyone need to send the same kind of photo?
Similar framing helps: head and shoulders, facing the camera, decent light. They do not need the same background or camera, since the tool rebuilds the scene and matches the color.
How many people can be in one photo?
Two to four. Upload one photo per person. For a larger crew, make two groups and combine them with Add People, or run the four who matter most for the hero image.
Will it move people around or change their order?
Positions follow the upload order left to right where the scene allows, but the tool will shift spacing so nobody is blocked. If the order matters, upload in the sequence you want.
What does an extra person cost?
Two photos cost 4 credits at Standard, 14 at Pro, 46 at Max. Each person after that adds 2 credits at any tier, so a four-person render is 8, 18 or 50.
Can I try Collab Group Photo without paying?
Yes — every new account starts with 4 free credits, enough for a Standard run of most tools. Plans start at $15 for 1,000 credits a month and packs at $4.99 for 250.
