Throwback content travels. A carousel of you across nine decades, a duet where you meet your 1970s self, a poll on which era suits you: it is easy, low-effort content that gets comments. Decade Throwback takes a single photo and restyles you for the decade you choose, with period-correct hair, clothing, backdrop, camera grain and color. You stay you. The bone structure, the eyes, the smile are yours, which is why it works: people recognise you instantly and then laugh at the perm. It is also good for themed parties, birthday posts and a channel intro that scrolls through time.
The Decade picker runs from the 1920s to the 2000s, one option per decade. The 1920s brings finger waves and sepia; the 1950s gives studio color and a collared shirt; the 1970s means feathered hair and warm film; the 1980s goes big on volume and neon; the 1990s lands in grunge and disposable-camera flash; the 2000s gets frosted tips and early digital sheen. Every option changes the styling, the wardrobe, the backdrop and the photographic process of the time. What the tool keeps is your identity, including your skin tone, facial features, apparent age and expression. It is a costume change for your whole photo, not a different person.
Use a front-facing photo with good light on your face; hats and sunglasses get in the way. Each run costs 4 credits at Standard, 12 at Pro and 44 at Max. Run all nine decades at Standard for a carousel and post them as a set, then rerun the crowd favorite at Pro for the pinned version. Reframe turns any result into a 9:16 story or a 1:1 tile. Photo to Video can crossfade through the decades for a short. Edit With Words can change the outfit color if the 1980s picked orange. Creator Photoshoot has a vintage film look if you just want the grain without the costume.

Questions
Will it make me look older or younger?
No. Your apparent age is kept; only the styling, wardrobe and photo process change. If you want to see an older or younger you in a decade, run Age Increase or Age Reduction first, then this.
What happens to my glasses and jewelry?
They are restyled to fit the era, so modern frames may become cat-eye in the 1950s or wire rims in the 1970s. If you want them gone entirely, take them off for the source photo.
How do I make the full nine-decade carousel?
Upload the same photo and run once per decade, nine renders at 4 credits each at Standard. They all land in the rail in order, so you can drag them straight into Carousel Slide or export them as a set.
Can I use a photo of two people?
Yes, both get the same decade treatment and both keep their faces. It works well for couple throwbacks. For groups larger than two, results are stronger if each person runs solo and you combine afterward.
Can I try Throwback Decade Photo without paying?
Yes — every new account starts with 4 free credits, enough for a Standard run of most tools. Plans start at $15 for 1,000 credits a month and packs at $4.99 for 250.
